If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — simple, fast, and stress-free.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and fully functional.

  • All tags, labels, manuals, and packaging are included.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)..
    ⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth process.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will resolve the issue promptly — by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, at no extra cost to you.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used wellness, massage, or tech-wear devices

  • Products showing wear, damage, or modifications

  • Customized or engraved items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Consumables such as gels, creams, or supplements

Want to switch to a different model or color?
The fastest way is to return your original product and place a new order after your refund is processed.


🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you’re located within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund, no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


💰 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
